Position DescriptionAs a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts in a group setting to members of all fitness levels. In this role, you must have a strong desire to help members reach their health and fitness goals through pushing them outside of their comfort zone and building confidence through showing them what they’re capable of.

Requirements
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience
CPR/AED certified
1+ year experience in personal training or coaching

The Burn Boot Camp workout is designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes with an average burn of 700 calories per camp. At Burn, we skip the pre-registration and waiting lists and get started as soon as you walk in the door.
Burn Boot Camp offers group fitness classes (aka “camps”) that focus on strength and conditioning. Workouts are never the same and challenge different areas of the body on different days. Camps are 45 minutes and begin with a 5-minute dynamic warm up. A trainer then demonstrates the workout of the day.
The Burn Ambassador is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our members with their first impression. There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
A person's basal metabolic rate or resting calorie burn rate is how many calories they burn at rest (called resting metabolism). In general, we can burn 45 calories per hour, depending on our height, age, and mass but there is a variation based on our height, age, and mass.
Body Fat: 4.5 lbs of fat lost, according to Burn's Body Fat analysis device (measured on Day 28). Resting Heart Rate: It started at 65 beats per minute but is now down to 57 beats per minute.

Basic Training consists of four phases over 10 weeks, where you'll learn about the Army and train to become a Soldier. Once completed, your day-to-day will focus more on what's required for your specific job, as well as pursuing your personal goals and interests.
The first week of boot camp is known as Processing. On your first night, you will be able to make a phone call to your family or guardians before turning in your device for the duration of training. Immediately upon arrival, you are assigned to a division. You'll receive a full medical, dental and fitness screening.
Will I Be Paid in Boot Camp? Yes, your pay starts the day you get to boot camp. Newly enlisted Sailors start out at the E-1 pay grade, but there are exceptions. You may also be eligible for additional bonuses and allowances.
The next phase of training after boot camp is SOI, or School of Infantry. Your new Marine is entitled to one day of travel and ten days leave after recruit training.
The Crossfit is a training that is usually performed in a gym or training room where you work in a variety of agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, strength … but always following the same routine. The Bootcamp is a much more dynamic workout that we do outdoors.

How many calories do you burn in a bootcamp class? The calories you burn depends on many factors such as your height, weight, and body composition. Bootcamp is more intense than most cardio activities. You can expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories during one hour long session.
This elevated activity volume requires increased energy needs which may not be accounted for. The estimated caloric expenditure during military basic training programs has been reported to be 3238–4302 kcal per day in males [17,18] and 2847–3390 kcal per day for females [2,19].
Your mileage may vary, but we've seen clients burn from 700 to 1,300 calories, depending on their body weight and effort level. Everyone is different and results may vary, but at Barry's it's not just about what you burn in class, but also how our methodology promotes calorie burn after class.
